Crop & species pairing (leafy greens, herbs, tomatoes) with fish/shrimp options; nutrient mass balances and make-up water plans.
Process Controls & Nutrient Management
Sensor suite selection (DO, pH, EC, ORP, NH₃/NH₄⁺, NO₃⁻, temperature, flow).
Automated dosing (macro/micronutrients, pH control), fertigation schedules, photoperiod and PPFD mapping.
Water Quality & Biosecurity
Start-up and cycling (nitrification ramp), solids capture, degassing, disinfection, and emergency SOPs.
HACCP-aligned hygiene flow, quarantine protocols, and fish health monitoring.
Pilot Builds & Commissioning
